I went to USPS and for the life of me I couldn't find it . . . .
Guess I need to get some sleep . . .
Either that or I picked the wrong week to give up heroin.
Time for extra, extra, extra strong coffee. French blend oughta do it.

As to the stamps, I think you can get the new stamps, the ones with no amount on them now at the old cost and they will be good even after the price increase.

Man every 4 months these damn stamps go up 2 cents...I think the USPS saw what Exxon did and decided to get greedy. Oh well, I send in one bill per month, the rest is automatically deducted anyway.
For those who care, you can go and buy the 39 cent "FOREVER" stamp right now, and you can buy as many as you want. They are good forever, and no additional postage will be required when you use them.
In other words, when stamps go up to 77 cents sometime in the future, you can still send your first class letters with just the one 39 cent forever stamp.
