Habibi, you are correct, IMO. Regardless of how I feel about tipping, it is up to the individual, and that is bad customer service to ask about it. I do see the point of wondering what part of the service was unsatisfactory, but you should never put a customer on the spot, even if they are a complete bunghole. I have done this before, but I was wrong, and I am trying to learn from my mistakes.
