Bird AA-1 is in flight testing, a couple of days ago it did 8 rolls, and I ain't talking of baking goods. We can hear it take off with full afterburner, LOUD!

That's how it is with one afterburner takeoff at the plant.

I can hear the tests on the Rolls engines from the overhaul facility some nights, cant imagine how loud it would be inside. Its funny with the customers, I can tell when the planes are full up by how high they run up the engines on takeoff, they are always amazed how I know that. When the building shakes from a 737 you know its packed

He went from a reg cab Ram (same as maint) to a newer F150 crewcab, so I guess he wasnt too upset about it.
