I am asking the question here to see if anyone has dealt with an issue like this. I purchased an item on EBay and payed immediately for it using PayPal on 8 Feb. I never received the item and it is over a month later. I contacted the seller and they sent me a shipping number for USPS on 3 Mar. When I checked the shipping number it told me they had a package ready to ship, not that it had been shipped. Well it is 17 Mar and I still haven't received it. This seller has done this to over 5 other people and I am working with them. Same thing, takes their money and no item. One girl has been dealing with this for over 3 months!! EBay and PayPal don't seem to care or want to help. To top things off when we leave them bad feedback they retaliate with unwarranted bad feedback. Any suggestions on what course of action we can take?? I want to try to push for mail fraud. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

 

I would get a police report written up. You can contact paypal and tell them never received item and no confirmation of ite, coming to home and to look into other complains that are the same. I would contact the post master in your town and file a report to. THe police and the post office report can be shown to the paypal people
