Problem with Windows Vista, help anyone?

Problem with Windows Vista, help anyone?

So I installed Windows Vista (Home Premium, if it matters) the other day on a separate partition. Everything has been working fine. Well, the last 2-3 days I have been hearing the computer restart itself in the middle of the night and when I come check on it, it says "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown." So I check the details of the problem and this is what it says:

what does the .dmp file say? Does it always occur at the same time? May have something to do with a scheduled task (antivirus/spyware scan, defrag, etc.). It also may be occurring when the machine puts itself to sleep if it is at random times.
