Problem with Windows Vista, help anyone?

So I installed Windows Vista (Home Premium, if it matters) the other day on a separate partition. Everything has been working fine. Well, the last 2-3 days I have been hearing the computer restart itself in the middle of the night and when I come check on it, it says "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown." So I check the details of the problem and this is what it says:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 9f
BCP1: 00000003
BCP2: 83E6F030
BCP3: 852F4030
BCP4: 97BBFAA8
OS Version: 6_0_6000
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
F:\Windows\Minidump\Mini022507-02.dmp
F:\Users\Chris\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-2900718-0.sysdata.xml
F:\Users\Chris\AppData\Local\Temp\WERBA32.tmp.vers ion.txt

Can anyone help me decode this? I'd appreciate it.

-Chris

what does the .dmp file say? Does it always occur at the same time? May have something to do with a scheduled task (antivirus/spyware scan, defrag, etc.). It also may be occurring when the machine puts itself to sleep if it is at random times.
