I remember back in the 70's when me and my freinds would build ramps out of plywood and jump our bikes over them pretending to be Evil Kanevil. Them were the days and I'm still here.

Hell, I remember doing that in the early 80's; under the desks and also lined up in the hallways doing the "put your head between your knees and kiss your *** goodbye" routine.

I was gonna make a tasteless joke about the fact that I was in Catholic school at the time and it being a "screening" process of sorts.

how about underground forts, we would dig holes somtimes with 2-3 rooms put old planks and any kind of lumber we could scronge up over the top and cover with dirt, even dig little candle holders in the walls... G we could have been killed in there. LOL. and Mom just hated that black dirt back by the woods...

Oh yeah video games...? I remember seeing Oswald being shot on tv.

Your screen name made me think of this. Does anyone remember a TV show called "James at 15"?

Used to make forts inside the snowdrifts/banks.

Anyone else ever taken the "field car" on one last run. Smashing through the bushes and the ditches just to see how much it will take after the rad is punctured and the oil pan is leaking and about to fall off with the next hit

We used to make igloos from the snow when I was a kid in Va. We also stomped crop circles in the winter wheat fields here in Tx. Made good clubhouses.

Representing 1978, I grew up with Dukes of Hazard, A-Team, Knight Rider Cannonball Run, Ghostbusters. And of course many stupid bicycle stunts that usually left me bleedin' in the dirt with only one shoe on Oh yeah, good times!!!

I was born in 88 . Yet, we still played in the mud. Played with sharp objects (ever seen a screwdriver in the back of your brother's head?). Rode four wheelers (had a fourwheeler from age 4-12). Raced down the hill on bikes. Made ramps for our bikes. Made insanely huge ramps for sleds (brother lost 2 front teeth). Played in the creek. Made snowforts where the snowplows would pile up the snow. Stayed out in the cold all day long. Watched TV all day. Ate junk food. I think I turned out prettty good. No broken bones, no serious illnesses.

I was born in 70, whatever happened to the days that when you got in trouble by the cops they beat the snot outta you. Then brought you home in the back of the police car in front of the neghborhood and your father beat the snot outa you more.
