Drive to work?
Being in the residential building trades, my jobsites vary from time to time. The furthest I've driven to get to one was 175 miles ea way (it was only a 1 day job).
I wouldn't say I have a limit, the further I have to drive; the more I charge.

My commute consists of about a 30-foot walk from my bedroom to where ever my laptop is set-up that day. On good days it's in the garage, and on bad days it's in my home office!
As far as how long of a drive I'd tolerate, that would completely depend on what the salary was. Although, after 10+ years of working out of a home office, having to fight traffic twice a day would be a severe shock to my system -- I am undoubtedly spoiled with my present work arrangement!
