The "See you on the other side" CD is in the Jeep, and is what I can listen to to drown out the tire noise of 35" MTR's at 75mph, soft top, and sometimes no doors... Just turn it way up and try to keep the jeep in the road

Rascall Flatts doesn't belong in the Country Genre. I cry foul.

Is it country music or country and western music? I guess it's different as much as Rap and Hip Hop are.

R&B and Pop are almost synonymous. R & B has a little bit heavier bass line, and their ballads are more about love, or in some cases- straight- up sex. R & B stands for Rythm & Blues.

Typical R&B singers/Groups:

Rick James
Prince **
Michael Jackson**
Mariah Carey-***
Janet Jackson- ***
Cameo
Gap Band
Boyz-II-Men
Jodeci

Typical Pop Singers:

Tiffany
Britney Spears
Jewel
Nsync
98 Degrees

I see Dr. Dre's "Chronic" Album got a decent amount of love... That album was the bomb. Chronic 2000 was hot too. Almost as good as the original.

I like Tupac & Jay-Z too- as far as I'm concerned, Eminem is just as good, if not better than Jay & Pac, and when it comes to lyrics & flow, just as good as Biggie (Notorious B.I.G.)

**- One of the first artists recognized as both a Pop and R&B star.

***- Continually recognized as both Pop & R&B stars.

The line between Pop & R&B is so blurry now, there is no significant difference... You'll hear Britney Spears and Justim Timberlake on what is typically a Hip-Hop/R&B station. The only difference is the depth of the bass, and what the singer is singing about. Just like Pop & Country. Rasal Flatts and Trace Adkins could just as easily be Pop as they are country- just change the wardrobe a bit, and lose the cowboy hats.
