My wife and I have been discussing odd movies. We are trying to figure out one we saw a few years ago.

It's about a weenie dog that swallows a ring that was stuck on a hotdog. It was filmed in Italy or Mexico. A rather bizarre movie about reincarnation and lost loves. Quite a good comedy but we can't recall the title.

Can anyone recall the title?

I am sure there is someone here that will remember it.
