With a video? Garth Brooks did "The Dance" paying respects to John Wayne, JFK, MLK Jr, Keith Whitely, Lane Frost, and the Challenger crew.

I don't know of a country song with monroe, but wasn't she remembered in Elton John's "Candle In the Wind"?

Well now Jr ain't what I call old but the only song I can thing of that mentions Marilyn is "Born to Boogie".

In there he says

"When I was eighteen I went to Hollywood
I met Elvis, Marilyn and Johnny B. Goode
Got my guitar painted in the California sun
A red cadillac having to much fun "
