Anyone remember the title to any of these movies?

I cannot remember if any of these were actual theater releases or simply made for tv. My best guess is that they all fall within the years 1975-1983. Here goes:

1)A sci-fi/future type movie about a woman who becomes trapped in her computer controlled house where the computer becomes obsessed by the woman and eventually impregnates her. She gives birth to a baby at the end.

2)A young boy (8-10yrs. old) finds a pit (in the woods?) near his house filled with beasts/monsters that feed on people. The boy lures several adults to the pit one at a time and pushes them in. At the end of the movie, the boy visits a girl (friend or relative?) who takes him to the woods and shows him (surprise!) a pit. As the boy stands near the edge looking in, the girl pushes him in.

3)A small town gets overrun by deadly spiders. I am absoulutely sure this is NOT Arachnophobia w/ John Goodman!! I distinctly remember a scene where a little girl (about 5yrs. old) is playing on her swing and is trapped on it while a swarm of spiders are running beneath her. Her mom rescues her I think. In another scene, a man is flying an open ****pit plane (bi-plane?) and crashes when a bunch of spiders begin crawling on his legs and foot controls.

There was a movie in 1987 called "The Gate" about a hole in the back yard. Something about demons from 'somewhere' come out of the hole. Is this what you are thinking of?

 

could #3 be "kingdom of the spider's"?

I remember it well.


In one scene a kid gets bit while reaching into a pile of oranges.....

I was terrified of the produce section for like 6 months.

 

I don't have that much time, bedises, it that much typing would cause arthritis or carpal tunnel.

 

 

# 3 is Arachnophobia. Not a bad movie. I sort of liked it.

 

Isn't that the one where the guy is running a rag around the inside of an old tire checking for nails/thorns and one of the "deadly" spiders is near his hand. I still take a good look inside a tire before i stick my hand in there. lol

 

Here is an easy one. Became a cult movie. A guy drives across country to deliver a Dodge Charger and goes through time warp.

 

does he go into the future after the world has gone through a nuclear war?
