I just checked, the car was actually a 1970 Dodge Challenger, not a Charger.

This guy played Huggy Bear on Starsky and Hutch. He's Snoop Dogg.

are you talking about Anthony Fargas?? there isnt a movie in his filmography that resmebles your movie Blue. Stop sniffing your diapers....

Yeah, I was thinking of Fargas, but maybe the ammonia or some other gas was getting to me, because that was not the guy. It was someone similar though.
