OK, what's the big deal about that web site?

My 18 y/o is out there, and he has a ton of scantily clad "friends"- and I have gone out there, and strangley enough, I have 13-14 scantily clad friends who asked to join me.

Aside from skimming what amounts to nearly soft-core adult entertainment, I don't really see the big deal. The reason I ask is, they made a big deal about the McKinney Cheerleaders who took pics (See the Texas Cheerleader thread) in a book store, and posted them on myspace...

From what I saw, unless you know exactly who you're looking for- it'd be pretty tough to find something like that randomly... I won't deny I'm no longer "hip to the game", but to me, either one of those girls showed that to someone who busted them, or they are using their real names (which is equally stupid).

AM I looking at this wrong, or is it a lot easier to find who you are looking for on Myspace than I even know?

 

That's EXACTLY way I deleted my acct.

 

I use it to talk to friends and find old friends from highschool, just keep you page set on private and only accept people you know

 

I just get on there when I'm bored and mess around with my layout.

 

I monitor the goings on in my 17 year old's myspace account. You never know. Lots of freaks out there, and they aren't limited to the night anymore.

 

The hype is about the fact that it is addicting for younger people because it gives them another way to GET ATTENTION. They can post pics or blogs and have people give them accolades all day long.

Lots of kids these days just CRAVE attention.

And of course some people like to use it for finding sexy pics etc, but it's really a waste of time considering you can't have ANY nudity on myspace anyway.

That's my take on it anyway...

 

I saw a pic posted on a buddy's myspace of Paris Hilton and her friend I think it was, both in a car with Paris' friend not wearing any undershorts. She was getting out of the car and you could see everything down south, seriously.

I got a myspace account a couple of months ago to look at my parents dog's pics.

Do I need to go check it (if can remember my info)to see if some shady stuff is going on my page(if I even have one?)

My account doesn't get much activity because my friends don't have computers, they don't even have electricity.
Well, technically there is electricity nearby they just don't have any electrical outlets.

And the scantily clad womens ain't climbing over themselves to get to me either.

 

Well I have a computer, electricity and oulets. I'd add you as a friend on MySapce if I had and account. But I don't. Afterall, that picture of you is soooo sexy.

I would turn around and sell your scantily clad picture to highest bidder in General Discussion.

These guys would pay so much I could retire.
And that is a lot because I don't even have a job.
