Disturbed very loud at all hours of the day sounds about right. Make sure you crank up the bass too and rattle the crap out of her place.

Just because its 30 miles off base does not mean that it's a free for all. The housing office and base commander are still responsible for keeping the peace on a military housing facility. I'd begin with a formal complaint to the housing office and if that gets no results, speak to the base commander. I'd also look into speaking with her commanding officer, he would be responsible for insuring a member under his command behaves in a proper manner whether at work or a home. Good luck.

Talking If you can't beat em, join em

Next time your up there, ready to bust heads, comment to the female how you can dicipline her kids, but you would have to be there to do the correcting. Compliment her on how she doesn't look all that bad in wrinkled clothing, and how ironing is so overrated. Ask her how she feels about the taxes on cigerettes? Comment her on how her skin seems to be clearing up as she gets older.

Pop open a beer, put on a Barry White CD, fire up a doobie and let nature take it's course.
Follow my four easy steps and soon you will be sharing the fun and dicipline with your new roomie, and her basterds. (misspelled on pourpose)

The military wife hit it on the head...

Yes, go through her chain of command... If her husband is the one who's AD, then go through his. I lived in base housing for 4 years. A$$hole neighbors is why I finally moved out, but that's because I wasn't about to take the time to fight the whole battle. Had too many other things going on at the time...
But as usual, Rose is right. Civilians may not understand that we are held to a much stricter code of conduct, both on and off duty, than they ever will be. "Fighting fire with fire" is really **** poor advice... Don't get your a$$ in a sling to battle with them. That only gets you in trouble... Been there, done that...

But at the same time, don't back door your command, keep them onformed of everything... I don't know how it is in your branch of service, but in the Navy, it is a bad thing to approach other commands with a problem when your chain of command isn't informed...

Yea if you was civilian I'd have all kinds of fun things to do. But I agree, follow procedure.

It's ok.

My cousin is in the air force. He's transferring to Germany in June.

Wait until they all go to sleep and start singing "Ain't no mountain high enough". Or better yet, start singing "You are wind beneath my wings."
