There's nothing wrong with a little OC once in a while... My wife gets a couple of squirts every now and then when she gets out of line...

I got sprayed in March of 04, so I'm due for my 3 year cert... It's not all that bad....

Yup you get sprayed then have to run to 5 different stations. First is knee strikes, second is punches, third is blocks, fourth is fighting off a guy in a padded suit with a padded baton, and fith is baton strikes/baton retention. Then after all that running, punching, striking, and yelling you finally get to go sit down for a few seconds before getting told not to sit down. All in all a fun day
