Gosh RP, I'd love to help you out but we bought the thing over 12 years ago. I think we paid around $700-800 for just the mattress. We didn't get their box spring, we already had a box spring so we just used it. What they might cost on today's market is your guess as good as mine but I guarantee, no matter what the cost, I'll be buying it when this one gives out on me!! It has been one of our smartest investments!

Well I ended up getting the Orthopedic Luxury Firm Set from The Original Mattress Factory. Full size set was $547 with tax. Of course the day I picked it out, I tore out my old stuff and took it outside. Then after we buy the new set they say it wont be here till this Thursday. Or I could have it that night if I drove out to Cleveland to pick it up at the factory. But it was raining pretty good so I picked it up the next day. And on my way home I passed a 4 Wheel Parts store, so I know where I'll be going when I get some money saved up.
