On the second, I know, I seen that too and tried to fix it, but when I shrunk her hiegth to make the leg fit, then the arm didn't fit anymore..... I thought it was a tip from god that I found a pic in a similar enough pose...... Wasn't going to spend an hour to make it scaled perfect, not real sure how I would have moved the camera back post shutter and kept the arm.... it wasnt that important anyway...

Something more like that. scale the underwear model, cut off the arm, paint out the hair and the sleeve on the arm, rotate the bod, place cut out arm in proper position, paint gap between arm and shoulder.
Now if you wanted to spend some time on it you could cut her bod in half at the waist where the corset appears and rotate it further so that the body appearsin the correct position thereby marking it possible to lower arm even more. But I don't want to spend that much time either.
It is interesting though. I wonder if the nuns who taught at my school wore that kind of outfit beneath their habit. I rather doubt it.
