GMC new generation

Went and had a good look at the new generation GM 1500 with the wife. Although beauty is in the eye of the beholder, we both left very disapointed. Ugly outside and cheap on the inside. I'm sure it,s an improved truck, but would it have cost them anymore to make it look hot. Then we get her in an 07 Lariat with leather buckets. I think I sign the deal on Tuesday

Yes they have done some nice work lately. Too bad as I feel they will loose any value put into the truck technically

I like the look on the outside, but the interior wouldn't even be in the same category as the F150. It's just ugly in my opinion.

Did you drive it?

It's even worse to drive....IMO
We have one at work with 1600 miles on it. I drove it last week and I hated driving it. The shape of the fenders/hood were just not user friendly, I'm sure you could get use to it, but why get use to something that is ugly and unimaginitive to begin with. Reminds me of driving an old edsel, except not as nice.

in my opinion i think the new GM trucks would be nice looking... IF

they hadnt KILLED the bed with those horrible fenders
the beds on them looks just like the current fugly dodge dakota's with the fender flares on the back
it just looks cheap

either the guy in the red truck doesn't have his hood latched closed, or the fit sucks on that truck.

Typical chevy owner can't tell the difference between the hood and parking brake releases.

I just got home from looking at one myself.

They really are better looking than the last model year, but still that's like saying a smooth turd looks better than one full of corn.

With the disaster that is the Chevy Colorado, why would they add steroids and try to continue the ugly? Butt Ugly too.

The denali line is very nice and has some good power #s. You may want to go back and check out the denali first.

So you're trying to convince him to get the GMC instead Ryan? Why!?

Over 400hp for starters.

Edit to add, the denali looks much better than the rest of the line.

that denali is a classy looking truck. and it better have 400 hp with a 6.0l engine.

I prefer the trucks in this order denali > tahoe >gmc1500 > chev1500 > escalade
