I HATE Truck Shopping, but...
Maybe look for a left over 06. 5 grand off from Ford, and quite a few of the dealers are taking off a nice little chunk too...around here anyway. One dealer took another 5 grand off. 10 grand off a new 06 right off the bat...they are wanting to get rid of the 06's man.
Around here they would be asking 20K for that FX4. I would go with that one too, the other one looks ugly.

My SuperCrew MSRP'd for $31K and some change. Got it for $21K, no muss, no fuss, and not much negotiating. Sh*t, we actually paid more for our 2001 XLT SuperCrew ($24.9K) but it MSRP'd for $29,900 back in May 2001.
I would recommend that you use the internet to your benefit. You can get most of the deal done in this manner. I have done it several times and it has worked well for me. The wider your search area, the more choices you'll have. It may be well worth your time to spend some gas and/or hotel money to travel to a dealership to potentially save thousands. Good luck.
