Plastic film for protecting paint finish when transporting?

I have tried searching the internet and have not really come up with anything. What I am looking for is something like, or the same, as the plastic film Ford, or any automobile manufacture, uses when they transport their vehicles.

I am sure many have seen it, it’s that white film they place on particular areas of a vehicle to protect the paint finish.

Does anybody know where to purchase this material?

I don't understand why you can't get it. You might find something here, though.

Just temp like if you were going to trailer a vehicle 1,700 miles or so…

That is exactly what I was looking for. I tried searching with every word or phrase I could think of and just came up empty other then your typical 3M products for long term protection.

Thank you very much…
