fractured part of my knee

well i was working out at home on friday night at about 8 pm when the two bars i has holding myself up in the air with somehow gave in or came off and i fell about 3 to 3.5 feet roughly to the ground directly on my left knee since i had my legs bent and the i fell at an angle. lucky my head hit something soft. I had to crawl 30 feet to a phone and called my parents since i was home alone and they were out shoping. Went to the ER and found out that i fractured part of my patella and part of it chiped off. So, i have my leg in a immobilizer and am on crutches. It sucks because i have to rely on my parents to do simple tasks for me...such as picking something up off the ground.

I am so bored and had to vent some

looks like my truck will be without a driver for a while.

That blows man. Really take it easy on that knee. I had a flying 500 lb. loaded bookcase hit my knee in a house/car accident. I never went to the hospital, but I'm sure it was cracked or fractured or something. It hurt for over a year and a half. Walking the mountain trails around here seemed to help it more than anything. Oh, cold weather will make it ache, so keep it covered up at night. Here's to a full recovery.
