In my experience, many parts for older vehicles are still available, even though they are not listed on a company's website.
Have you tried going down to your local auto parts store? Have them go through their catalogs.
For example, Energy Suspension might make them and sell them through your local CarQuest store, but they might not be listed on CarQuest or Energy's websites.
