I shot him an email yesterday. Said he's been having internet problems, back online now though.

 

so far so good! Nights have been by far the worst since the baby's been born. The screaming and hollering is ear piercing! I really haven't been able to get a full nights rest yet since she was born.

besides though, were very happy with the outcome and could not ask for anything more!

Who is doing the screeming? Keep it down so the baby can sleep.

So what happens when the lease is up and your roommate needs to move out? Are you going to renew her lease or re-rent the place?
