- Yeah, I know its a truck. But I want to baby it. I have to pay for it and I don't want it to look like it just came off the Ponderosa after working the herd. I can haul stuff, but we will load it GENTLY and from the rear....not over the sides.

I hate when you see a guy pretending to be talking on his bluetooth cell headset or just wearing one for that matter

I absolutely HATE where Ford put the oil filter!!!

In my '97 and '98 it was so easy to access and change. In my '04 it's like waging a war against the machine just to get your hands and tools in there to get the thing to turn like a millimeter at a time before it finally loosens up enough to turn by hand! Coming away with scraped knuckles and big scratches just from changing out your oil filter really makes me mad. In case it's not obvious, that's what I did this morning. Last time I only tightend it with my right hand as much as I could, this time I did so only with my weaker left hand. I am SO tired of fighting with the oil filter in it's horrible location. Blah. Let's pray Ford rethinks this horrific placement with the '09 redesign.

I would like to say you guys have made my day, it has been a very trying 5 months dealing with some personal problems. Reading this forum has been one of the few things that has helped me stay sane. Please keep up the good work.

If you think this stuff is keeping you sane, I would have to question your sanity!

Bluejay, I have been out of work for the last 5 months taking care of a sick wife, it has been a little bit of relief to read that I am not the only person inthe world that has problems. Fortunately my truck hasn't been one of them .

Sorry to hear of your situation. I understand how that could really be a test, and I was just kidding you. Hope things improve for you.
