Heres a good one for you.

Wife and I just closed on our new house yesterday. They calle me today and said the over charged on some fee. To the tune of 50 cents. That has held up the funding and and we have to resign some form. They also said that I had to make sure to cash that check. If not it will mess up their books.

Just seems crazy to me.

I told them that I was going to fram it. They said if I don't cash it then I would have to come back and get another one. I can't even buy a coke with it. Just think of the gas that is going to get used to take care of this.

what?

You take the check and the signed paper work and walk away...it's their problem if they can't handle their books.

You have up to one year to cash a check...... you'll already have your house.. What are they going to do reposess for over payment????

Just tell them to apply it to the principle!
