Ya like that huh? My wife has had a Plantars wart on the bottom of her foot since childhood. In high school she had it surgically removed. It came back bigger. In her 20s she had it removed again. It came back. She had tried various things over the years. No luck.

Earlier this year I thought I would see if there was anything medically new for this wart on the internet. Duct Tape. Yep. I couldn't believe what I was reading. The Mayo Clinic in Minnesota even did research. Their results? It works but they don't know why!!!!

I have seen before and after photos. It has worked. My wife's was much bigger than the ones in the photos. Hers was the size of a quarter and very deep. The Plantars wart is a virus and no one knows how people get them.

She has been applying duct tape to the wart now for 6 months and by God is it ever working. It's been in stages. You will see improvement and then nothing for 2-3 weeks. Then more improvement and so on. She never gave up like I thought she would. It is amazing. That sucker is almost gone. I can't believe it. We don't think it will be back once it is gone.

Migranes are usually caused by a Magnesium deficiency. Go to GNC and buy their Magnesium aspartate with Potassium. Worked for me.

I had migraines when I was about six or seven years old. I remember hiding under the coffee table to get away from bright lights. They were just ordinary house lights, but it hurt to look anywhere near them. I also laid on top of the a/c vents to cool off because I would sweat so bad.

I don't get them anymore though. I can't even remember the last time I had a headache now that I think about it. Weird huh?. It must've been the head injury I had when I was 17 that cracked my skull. It's like I'm immune to headaches now or something. I dunno.

The only time I remember being really sick was when I had a bad stomach virus four or five years ago that sent me to the emergency room. It felt like someone was gouging me in the lower stomach with a sharp knife every ten seconds. It made my 280 lb *** double up and moan like I was dying. A shot of morphine and a shot of phenergan helped it. But it made me dizzy and I threw up in a Sherwin~Williams parking lot.

whenever i had migranes.. i just crawled up in bed.... no light.. no sound. no nothing.. even just a bird chirping would bring tears to my eyes... id finally just cry myself to sleep and wake up sometimes.. and its gone.. but i would have to endure the migrane for a few hours.. i think i would rather give birth!

I was too young to really remember my headaches. I do remember the light hurting me though.
