First days of College...
So I started school at LSU yesterday, and so far I'm Lovin it! My professors all have great personalities and are actually pretty funny. One of my professors is definite M.I.L.F. Im only taking 14 hours which is more than full time, but not as much as most people seem to be taking. Did anyone else recently move up to "higher education"?
Congrats on starting school. Had I stayed in LA, I would have loved to have gone to LSU. GEAUX TIGERS!! I'll be the lone Tennessee-attending student that wears purple and gold that week they play here.

I'm 21 and just going to University now. I never could figure out what I wanted to take and really didn't feel like wasting time and money going to school so I took some years off, got a job, traveled the world and now I'm back. I'm taking Engeneering Design and Drafting Technology something I've always enjoyed. I drafted a picture of my truck in 3D just for kicks. My school doesn't start until Tuesday though. I just went to pay my $2,000 first semester tuition (minus books
) today.I'll be going to school full time (5 courses, each with its own lab or seminar) and work 26 hours a week. We'll see how that goes. :o
I just started a week ago at University of Missouri - Rolla, taking 14 hours also...I think I've had more homework in the past week than I did my entire senior year in highschool (besides my term paper).

have a great time in college! its only 4 years so you gtta make the most of it...i miss it already, grad school isnt too bad though
I'm also in my first year of college and i'm going to a local community college part time this first year and even though i'm only taking 9 hours it's already killing me between homework and work. It's going to kill me when we start picking cotton here in about two weeks. I planned on attending U of A but I wasnt ready to leave home yet so I plan on transferring to either U of A, UCA or ASU next year. Probably ASU because it's only about 45 mins away. I always thought I would be so ready to leave but when the time came I didnt want to.
I'm glad I didnt now becasue collge algebra, biology and comp 1 are killing me.
