I know it is not real Italian but we have a chain around here called johnny Corino's. I do not like a lot of their menue, but they have a skillet dish that I could eat everyday. It is called Timballo on their menu and it is Italian sausage, chicken pepperoni, peppers, onions, tomatoes and spaggetti cooked up in a skillet. It is served in the skillet with Italian bread. That with a salad is my kind of meal!

There are other places I go for spaggetti and meat *****, Stromboli, lazagna, or pizza. My favorite pizza is thin crust, lots of cheese and pepperoni. Man, I just ate and I am hungry again.
