It makes it much easier to deal with. Now on huge networks you do need to be concerned with routing paths, replication, any update to permissions can take a while to replicate, etc.
Why not download a trial version and give it a whirl. I might have one laying around here somewhere. 90 day bit...I'd have to look.

ok.....I think I have got this Add2Exchange configured correctly to where it will sync my calendar and contacts from our public folders.......but daayyymn......$2500 for a proper license for my entire network?.......minimum $250 for just me and the barebones requirements?.......this program is not that great......but I guess they are the only ones in the market.......
