"1969Mach: COOL! I use a 7MM Mag. and/or a 30/06 for Elk up in Kremmling!"

I've got a 30.06 too. Here's me with my first antelope. I did a Do-It-Yourself hunt in Wyoming just outside of Casper in unit 32. This 'lope is from 2004. Got it with a 300 Remington Ultra Mag, 28" Shilen #4 match grade barrel, Remington action, blue printed, with an H-S precision stock. I reload my own ammo. This guy fell to a 200 grain Nosler Accubond. Dumped him.

This picture was taken this past June 1st. Northern Alberta. 338 Win Mag, 225 Nosler/Winchester Accubond. 2 bears, 4 seconds. The big one is 7'2" nose to tail, 530 pounds.

2004 Colorado mulie, 300 Remington Ultra Mag, 200 grain Accubond.

May this year. Black Bear, New Brunswick. 30.06, 180 grain Swift Scirocco handloads. NOTICE THE HAT SAYS "FORD"

I lost 10 minutes of my life reading this thread... I hate bickering and stupidity...

For that, I'm closing it.

btw, very nice kills there DrD! Nice indeed... Start up a new "ATTN Hunters" thread and get those posted... I bet the serious hunters will flock to something like that... we just need to let this thread drift off because of the earlier moronic demeanor that several displayed...
