Nice Cobra grille

Looks like you aren't starting out with a rust bucket or anything. I see it turning out pretty sweet if you are patient enough. Hey on a side note, I have a buddy with a stang and he just blew the engine. He was able to find a wrecked '99 Exploder engine with 40,000 miles. The 302 out of the explorers is a roller motor with GT40 heads. He put an F303 camshaft in it and some headers and minor bolt ons and he was running like 8.70's 1/8 mile in a stick car. Just a thought.

Not a bad idea on the explorer motor.....

I hated not having that running horse in the front. It is a tradition with Mustangs and to not have one seemed wrong. It was one of my first changes. I know it is kind of posing as a Cobra but that wasn't the goal. I had to have the horse.

It really isn't that bad on rust. A few spots here or there and they are mostly just surface. I knock it off and treat it. Nothing really major thankfully.
