Brag it up, members
Been driving for 9 years, numerous warnings, 4 accidents 1 my fault, 3 speeding tickets, 4 seatbelt tickets and 1 improper lane useage (passing on shoulder). Only paid 1 ticket out of 7 total (my uncle was good friends with the D.A.) The only one I paid was the speeding I got out of town.
Working on 22 years (November) as a licensed driver:
No accidents (where I hit anything, any way).
**Confession** I did hit a car about 23 years ago (unlicensed) that had parked across the line. While in the post office, another car, parked in his slot at angle, leaving me between two poorly parked cars. In tryign to avoid the big cars (Like a 75 Pontiac Catalina)' rear bumper (which was protruding into my lines as well) I turned in (towards the Mustang, because there was more room) I started backing up, and heard "Skreeeeee". I backed on out, and looked, and surely enough, my front bumper had creased the Mustang that parked too closely, but I missed the old car completely.
In an "Oh *****, I'll never get to drive now!" moment, I hauled ****, and never looked back- but, I feel bad about it, to this day...
*LICENSED*
I lost control of a truck & trailer going down a mountain on a solid sheet (road) of ice in Germany, and jack-knifed. I slid to an eventual stop, with the pindle of the truck & trailer leading the way, still going down hill, but the truck didn't roll, I didn't hit anything, and nothing hit me.
I've driven the Autobahns (3, 5, 7 and more) of Germany, the MSR's of Korea, and the highways (whatever they're called) of France and Saudi Arabia, not to mention every inch of I-20, and all of I-10, except the stretch from San Antonio to Houston, not to mention the highways, byways, back roads, rock roads and dirt roads of America.
Wildlife killed: 3 squirrels, 1 Oppossum.
Traffic Stops: 3.
1. Waterproof, LA- July 1991. (No action, probably due to my out of state plates)
2. Monroe, LA- March 1996. (No action, stopped because I was a young black man driving a new car. trooper saw my military ID, and let me go.)
3. Florence, TX- July 1996. Ticket. Passing in a no passign zone, written up as (Driving on the Wrong side of the road.) $125.00; plead no contest, and took the 6-hour defensive driving course.

Ive been driving 16 years. the first 4 of those were in England on a motorcycle.
I'll start with the good first.
Accidents.
1 accident. not my fault. someone made a left turn in front of me and it totaled both cars. (my red 1990 mustang) no one was seriously hurt.
Tickets.
Too many to remember every one, but here are the few i do remember.
most recent first.
85 in a 55, outside Pittsburgh PA. (truck) 2004
85 in a 55, passing on the inside, no turn signals. went to court and it was reduced to 65 in a 55 due to a technicality. PA (in the mustang passing a cop in the truckers lane going up a mountain.)
85 in a 65. PA (mustang) around 2001
about 6 speeding ticket in TX in the mustang. out of state tags and license so only a fine.
the biggest was 106 in a 60 on 195 going to Austin. never paid because i left TX. a warrant was issued so i paid it about 2 years after the fact. between 1997 and 2001
speeding ticket. PA (mustang)
stop sign violation. PA (mustang)
careless driving. PA. Drag racing in town (mustang)
speeding. PA. (scout) 1993
In England, i had 3 motorcycles.
i had about 8 speeding tickets, numerous other tickets and lost my license for 6 months, twice. between 1989 and 1992
i was chased for 25 miles when i was speeding and was clocked at 145mph. i stopped at a light and was arrested. i didn't know i was being chased because i would never have stopped.
when riding after i had lost my license, i was pulled over. when the cop walked up to me, i left on my rear wheel. I got away with it.
i got a parking ticket in London, a $25 fine. i refused to pay it on my principles. don't give into the MAN. my mom paid it when they came to the house to collect the money or other stuff of value. i then paid her.
i have many stories about my "biker" days in England.

I had a wreck when I was 17, and I was citied for "failure to use due caution" since I slid into a car that was slowing to turn on rain slicked roads (I was changing the radio station). Since then I've had only one speeding ticket, and a "failure to heed a traffic control device" AKA a speed limit sign. I've been driving for over 16 years. I'm just lucky. I've gotten more warnings than citations. I've been pulled over for burnt out lights more than speeding. I speed every day, but I have burnt out lights much less often.
9 yrs no ink- been legally driving since 14
warning in february for spinning out at an intersection- was snowing, gave it a bit too much gas at a stop sign, snow, slush and pea-gravel from the sanding trucks flew all over the trooper behind me... gotta love mud tires in winter conditions...

Been driving for almost 30 years.
Accidents: 1 - Not my fault, was rear ended turning off the main road. I was signaling and my signals and brake lights were in working order, the guy just wasn't paying attention.
Tickets: 1 - 9 years ago for running a stop sign.
Verbal Warnings: 2 - 1 for speeding, 1 for exhibition of power and speed.
Confirmed Kills: 1 porcupine, 1 rabbit, 2 birds and (what is it Kobi sez) eleventy kabillion insects.

... CDL class A's allow you to drive any commercial vehicle up to the big 18 wheelers.. although you have to test for special endorsements to pull hazardous material and passengers although if you can afford to you can go out and buy an 18 wheeler and drive it around with a regular class E licence i believe
so long as its for private use and not "for hire"
Been driving for 35+ years and have been ticketed maybe 5 times. No accidents ever, well does hitting dear count as an accident yeah it should then i have hit 7 deer. I honestly can't remember every ticket and accident I have had in my life. Lets just say I lost my license 2 times due to to many points.
I'm working on getting a good record though, it may take 20 years, but thats my goal!

The State Trooper wagged his finger for me to walk back to his vehicle.
He said, "I can tell you're a working man, you might as well put $100 over there in the grass and set fire to it. Now put this warning up in your visor
where you can see it and slow down."
Thank god there was long haired hippies back in those days.
