Still, my thinkin is if someone parks like an obnoxious ***** I can be worse about it...unless I'm in my truck then I just go park way over there...cause thats what I've got my Honda for
I don't know- didn't see it happen; and wouldn't have known had Cole not told me he did it. I was in D. Co. 57th Signal back then, Cole was in 16th SIG BN. The only reason I knew him was because my wife was in 16th as well. We were in the same unit (3rd Signal BDE), but different battallions. When you have two Battallions, and a signal company; that's right at 1,800 people- trying to find a spot to park, in a lot with maybe 1,200 slots. Most of the time, if you found a spot, you stayed there, and didn't move unless you just HAD to. The good news is, at night and weekends, the married solders were gone; Married soldiers are (at least back then) 65% of the service... Parking for PT, and work was a real prostitute though... Better get there early, or park over at Abrams gym, or down by 13th COSCOM and walk to PT.

Oh I saw it alright. Mental note to self.........

For the record, I would never park like either one of those....hmmmm....I guess they would both be women?

I take up two spaces every time I park, or atleast find a space on the end of a row and crowd the curb. I always park as far away from everyone else as I can, so that I don't inconvenience anyone with the way I park. I've still had people crowd me before. No shortage of parking spaces; but, some ***** decides to teach me something. Teaching me isn't easy sometimes. In fact it can be downright painful. Say what you want about Jamz; but, I bet that guy thought twice the next time he had the urge to be an educator. I've never damaged anyone's vehicle before; but, I'm sure it's no fun to find a couple of John Kerry bumperstickers on your windshield.

About keying.

Me and a buddy were bicycling to the beach on a four lane divided street.
It had almost no traffic on it. There was a sidewalk but we were riding in the drain along the curb, about 18" wide. we stayed in it because the road had been resurfaced many times and there was asphalt 'lip' opposite of the curb.
My buddy was about 20 feet ahead of me when 'WHOOSH' a yellow Wrangler flew by me close, I didn't realize how close until they did the same thing to my buddy, within inches. The two guys then flew their heads back with laughter.

Two lanes, no traffic, and they wanted to see if they could make us pee ourselves.

It shook us up so bad we both stopped to discuss the state of humanity in this world.

We continued to the beach and there in the Parking lot,... Yellow Wrangler.
Mutt and Jeff were nowhere around.

My buddy took his time carving up that Wrangler with a bike tool.
I stood lookout and approved wholelheartedly.

My truck has door dings, that stuff happens but,
if you want to risk killing me for your own sport ?
You gots to pay.

WTF EVER! The guy deserved it, Jamz did it.

Look at it this way...Jamz saved me a trip out there to do it for him.

What a *****! I used to walk with my keys in my hand through crosswalks...if someone didn't yield to me...outstretched hand + keys + car too close = lesson learned.

You did the right thing Jamz.

You sir, are a MASTERdeBATOR!

I couldn't help getting the mental picture of 2 little old ladies, in old time flowered bathing suits, walking out to their little jeep and staring at it all flabbergasted.

Who cares. It's a tool. Probably metal. Probably fits nicely into the hand and can scratch paint.

I just wanted to know what those wimps were riding around with for tools. When I was a kid on a bike, we lived dangerously, no tools, except the ones attached. Save it UC, we had bikes when I was a kid.
