MY random thought for the day...




Ya wanna know what I hate?

....when someone is transferred to me, and they were transferred to the wrong department. Then, the MORON that was transferred asks me,

"Well, why did they send me to you?"

How the hell am I supposed to know? Maybe it's because your an asshat, and he wanted to transfer you to ANY department so he/she didnt have to talk to you anymore.

I wanted to set this thread up for EVERYONE to post a random thought. Not necessarily focus on my random expression of emotion....or frustration. (PER Kobi)

Technically, this is more a random expression of emotion (in this case frustration) than it is a "thought".

You: "Well, I am fluent is retard. They probably figured I was the only one who could understand you. Tell you what. I can help you, but first you gotta answwer a question. If you answer it correctly, I'll tell you what you need to know. OK. Get ready. Wait for the question . . . "

You ever at work and smell the worst fart ever and then you wonder if when people come into your office if they can still smell it...???

 

I hate waiting 9.5 hours in 93 degree heat with 87+% humidity at a customers factory for a product to put our product on that only takes an hour to do, but....... they don't get it to me until 30 mins before time I'm "suppose" to be clocking out and going home.

 

I just hate stupid people.

Its pretty bad when I am so frustrated at the morons at work that I am eating chocolate at 9:30 Monday morning. Top that off with what this time of the month usually brings. I wanted to cover my bases so I told my husband that I'm sorry for anything that happens this week & reminded him how much I love him no matter what.

people that call at 4:30 on a Friday wanting to know if a job is ready.

then the person they talked to has left for the day.

then it is not ready and was supposed to be ready friday morning. (so they say)

then they start b!tching that they have to have it and they will never do business with you again and they order alot

this happens more than it should, what usually happens is....

they ordered it on thursaday and were told we would try but could probably not have it til monday and they turn out to be a $500 a year customer. (we invoice out 2.8 mil a year, do the math on how bad losing $500 hurts)


another thought:

i love people that spout "the customer is always right"....wrong, i dare you to drop that line on me. usually when someone start being rude i am looking up their yearly totals and if they are not dropping serius $$$, their gone cheif !

 

Maybe they figured if they transferred this asshat to jamzwayne, the two of them could have an asshat convention???

Being the math nut and being offered a problem, I had to compulsively work the numbers....

My math that is only 5599 customers (at $500 a year each) until you don't have any customers left and aren't having to invoice anything anymore....

100 employees earning $28,000 a year = 2.8 mil

Thats not including taxes, product cost; building, vehicle, and equipment maintanence, plus all the other overhead cost that most employee's with out business ownership experince don't comprehend.

So how much is that $500 of annual business worth?

I'd rather have 5600 small customers doing $500 +/- a year. Than 1000 customers or less doing $2800+ a year. Just for the diversity, becasue then if you "accidentally" lose one; then it's not as hard of a hit. However ideally, I want them all. Give me 5600 doing $500 annually + the 1000 doing $2800. Grossing $5.6 mil sure beats only grossing 2.8 any day.
