Wrap some bacon around some boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins and pop them in the George Foreman - good eats. I have given up on bacon, I miss it but I don't miss the 65 pounds I've lost.

Got like a million watt microwave, will do bacon and turn it into crisp strips in about 4-5 minutes. Bag of popcorn in just under 2 min.

Not to change the subject, but ever get some hard salami or sandwich peperoni and fry it the same way as your bacon.

MMMM Salami and Peperoni chips.

While at it after you take out the bacon or salami/peperoni cut yourself a few chunks of cheese about half an inch thick and toss them in the hot skillet cook a while them turn over and brown the other side. hit with some salt and pepper.

ahhhhhhhhhhh I may have to make a trip to the kitchen.

you could do any of these on some parchment paper on a cookie sheet in about a 400° oven, but that would be the ***** way of doing it, after all you wouldn't get hit with hot splattering grease.

If you are really into nitrate overload, get yourself some hot dogs, weiners, or frankfurters, what ever you want to call them.

Slit them put in a piece of cheese, then wrap it with bacon and deep fry.

I think they are called Texas Tommy's or something.

I went to McDonalds not to long ago and asked for a bacon/egg mcmuffin. They asked if I wanted "Canadian" bacon...I said "Am I in Canada?" to which they said nothing and then I said..."That's ham, not bacon." " want bacon, American bacon. Bacon bacon". Sorry, but I don't believe there is any substitude for good ol' fried bacon...

Maybe I was a little heavy handed at the time, but first thing in the morning, on the way to work wearing my uniform and they ask a question like that, i'm thinking what's next...Press one for english...?

Egg muffins.

go down to the local exhaust shop and have them cut you some 4" aluminized pipe about an inch thick.

Scrub them up and spray them and toos them in the old skillet fill half way with beaten eggs.

just the right size.

Yeah! How come they use different "egg" on those??? It's so much better, with white and yellow not that greasy egg crap. That's why I like them, though it would be better on a biscuit...

I guess if you wouldn't want them fried, you could get some 4" plastic pipe and make them iin the microwave. You would probably have to play around with the times to get it to your likeing.

I like the Hillshire Farms thick sliced peppered bacon!!!

YUMMY.

That, with a couple of eggs over medium (cooked in butter of course), with a some crispy hash browns with onions, and 2 slices of toast with honey butter.
Wash it down with some Ruby Red grapefruit juice!

MMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I'm hungry.

Peppered bacon is quite yummy, but so is the (forgot brand name) thick sliced Maple Smoked stuff. My mom sometimes gets the kind with the rind still on... chewy!
