Baseball Talk

I just wanted to get some MLB talk in here. I am a hge Cardinals fan and have recently started liking the Devil Rays. Laugh now but in a few years they will be awesome...Like the Marlins in 97' and in 03'. Carl Crawford has quickly became one of my favorite players. He is truely a 5-tool player. I wish the Cards would trade for him. He is so fast and has a good arm, plays d,has some power, and always is on base. Also this Scott Kazmir will be a workhorse. So who do you ya'll like?Who's ya'lls favorite players?

Been a Braves fan since I was born. I try to go to 15 or 20 games a year. I wish these ba$tards would go all the way this year.

Lifelong Cubs fan here. I guess I'm just an eternal optimist to root for a team such as the Cubs. Our seasons hinge on the shoulders and elbows of two guys, who, when on, are dominant, and when off (or out of the lineup), are terrible. Couple that with a freak accident to the 2nd best 1B in MLB and this season has the potential to be a another heartbreaker. But as I said, I'm an eternal optimist.

I was / am a lifelong A's fan, but have lived close to Toronto for the last five years and have started follow the Jays a lot.

My wifes uncle has season tickets through his company that are 9 rows behind the third base dugout, we go a few times a year. Every game is enjoyable from that close...

The great thing about having seats nine rows back in Toronto is you can move forward five rows.

I haven't much liked baseball since George Brett retired. That said, I have a part time gig playing sound with the Omaha Royals (AAA) at Rosenblatt Stadium. The guys in the video booth and I usually just make fun of the team, fans, you name it.

Ah, the O' Royals. I'd like to see a match between them and the KC Royals (or Kansas City Turdbirds as named by 610 Sports). My money is on Omaha.

They used to do that. I think they quit 'cause Omaha started winning...

No time for baseball with the World Cup going on for me. Or ever for that matter.

I'm sure we can find other things we have in common.

I like A-Rod and Jeter.
