used and abused?....nothing is wrong with his truck at all really. mabye the fact that it was in a minor accident...without his knowing, but besides that everything that has happened to his truck he has admitted and fixed properly. he has what...10k in mods.....all in which are doing good to his truck...ruling out the lift and tires...but those certainly arent doing any harm to it nor have they. The only thing i recall with josiahs truck besides the minor accident before his ownership is his broken steering shaft or whatever it was. point being the truck is in pretty damn good condition and anything that was damaged has been fixed correctly. in that statement "would you buy a truck that has been used and abused," alls hes done really is USE it...which is what his truck was created for, using his money and his time. so why do you care....it is what he wanted.

5 days in the '04-'06 forum before finally being kicked to GD. Come on mods, you're slipping.

Well, for $5k I'd buy many "used and abused" vehicles... The parts alone are worth triple that in this case.

Hey, I got the garage, the tools, and the time to strip it down and ship the parts. If you can find me a totally spanked-@ss 2004 F150, I'll buy it for $5k in a heart-beat!

Common Matt. WTF do you think a truck is for? Park it in the drive, wash it over and over and take pictures of it? Why, hell no. It's a work vehicle. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with washing it over and over and taking pictures of it, but a truck was built to haul, tow, drag, maneuver over rough terrain, etc. It can handle it. Especially a Ford truck. So, if you knew a truck was used to have fun in, it was used for towing, it was first on race day, it had seen it's fair share of mud, and was still in new condition, and a spank load of MODS ..... you wouldn't buy it at the right price?

SHA - Right.

why do you think I keep sayign I wouldn't even buy this truck for 5k! no way in hell. I know a truck is a truck, but a truck also has it's limits on how much u can beat the living crap out of it, and this is just a F-150, not a 250 OR 350 which can handle more of the abuse, but this truck here is junk now.

There a hole hell of a difference between sand and mud. That pipe must have dislodged something in his head cause that gas mileage is crazy. He probably has a tornado on that bad boy. Teckbargins if you have fun atleast disclose it. I mean he could have easily posted a picture of it going thru the mudhole. I'm sure that would just add a hole hell of alot to that vehicles worth. You can have fun, but its gonna cost you on resale.

no kidding, there is no way in hell it gets 19MPG... whos he trying to kid?

that truck he is trying to sell won't ever sell if people have a brain in there head. No one wants to buy a truck like that. I bet if he goes to get a "trade" in on it, a dealer wouldn't even offer 10K for it.

Oh come on. 99% of the stucks people take part in rarely are taken pics of, and they're sitting in muck allowing it to seep in. Would you post those? What a little hypocrite. If you were in a wreck would you post pics of the wreck? I hope you're next login reads like your username, what a dumba$$ you have proven to be.

You're worse than Kelmvor and you don't even own an F-150 yet you're telling us what mileage we get AND resale. Your responses are at the intellect of a 5 year old, I think teck translated your posts w/great accuracy.
