Here are three options for you.
1: Record all the items you believe to be harassing and actionable. Be specific-- who said what, or did what, where and when and include any witnesses. Then present your case to A: an employment discrimination law lawyer or B: The state department of employment. If the state takes your side the employer may make you an offer of settlement rather than assume the expense of a costly battle with the state and or your lawyer.
2: Move on.
3: Indulge in workplace games that will get you nowhere, with the possible exception of termination of employment for cause.
