That's prolly not the "best" way to handle it, but a person can only get chit on so many times.
While I can understand that car problems are frustrating for a guy, my years of experience in customer service lead me to believe that most folks who go to such extremes generally are unreasonable themselves and relish in the "15-minutes of fame" such displays often generate for them....
