While I can understand that car problems are frustrating for a guy, my years of experience in customer service lead me to believe that most folks who go to such extremes generally are unreasonable themselves and relish in the "15-minutes of fame" such displays often generate for them....

I agree. I have never had a problem with any of my vehicles that wasn't taken care of. Sometimes I may have gotten the run around, or it take to long, but it was usually taken care of to my satisfaction. But, if I had to....

The few times it's come to shove back, I've found a complaint to the BBB and the AGs office is pretty effective, as long as the complaints are legit.
