Or, you can get both the Camera and the cord for cheaper at his website, Kawamall

EDIT: BREW empty out your PM mailbox, it keeps telling me that yours is full when I try to send you one.

Would that be the right one to order? http://www.kawamall.com/pd_car.cfm

Does anyone know with my Eclipse AVN 5435, would it turn on soon as I put it into reverse?

Thanks a bunch guys, you guys just saved me a chit load of cash!

That'd be the one that BREW has and that I just ordered. There should be a wire coming out of your headunit that you need to hook up to a wire that becomes hot when the truck is put in reverse.

Done

THUMP....I have a wire dedicated to my camera coming out of the head unit. Im sure the Eclipse will have the same. Then I just plugged the video cable from the camera into the back of the head unit. Again, an input dedicated to the camera.

Good luck!!

I can't say anything....

First time out with that prop after I'd waited a year to get a new one.....

Have no idea what I hit or when I hit. It's just the one blade, the others have small scratches in the paint in about the same spot but didn't touch the metal. I never heard or felt anything. I wasnt happy with it anyway.

Same thing happened here, but I know what caused it. It wasn't my fault though. Well, if only I would have tightened that one screw... And Matt, fix your trailer lights.

Yea I keep hoping that little light bar will fall off. But atlast it continues to hang by one bolt. Guess I'll have to cut it off. If I didn't want it to come off, then it would fall off constantly.

The trailer is getting redone/customized after I repair the gel coat on the boat, hopefully get to the trailer in two weeks, unless the boat tears up again.

I'm taking it out tomarrow for a test run. I won't be running it that hard and hopefully the water won't be as rough this weekend. Just going to be checking to see if it's going to over heat and that the other problem is fixed. Then the next time it's going to get used will be Fathers day weekend. So there is a good chance that it will get done. Cant tear up if it's not being used.

Did you wire the camera to constant power, or tap onto the reverse wire?
I just installed the same alpine unit myself last week. Great head unit ( tr-7 bypass installed too)

I taped into the reverse wire. I have another thread here about it. I had some sort of voltage drop from the break lights, so everytime I hit the breaks the screen on the head unit would reset it self. I wound up installing a relay and it solved all my problems. Give me a minute and Ill get you the link to the other thread.
