Southern Comfort?
"Yukon Jack is a taste born of hoary nights when lonely men struggled to keep their fires lit and their cabins warm..." or so it says on many a label I have seen pass by.
When sitting around the campfire, SoCo is too sweet, but a little Yukon Jack does the job nicely. Straight up, sipped...none of that ice and mixer stuff.
When in a social situation, however, Jim Beam and 7up is my preference.

So my question is, anyone know a good mixed drink that doesn't have too many calories/carbs?

V8 juice is a great mixer.

Remember any day is a good day to drink. In moderation of course.
And don't let that no alcohol before noon, or you are an alcoholic, thing bother you. It will taste just as good at 8:00 am as it will 10:00 pm.
