Package Tracking

What good is package tracking if the damn company doesn't update anything. I ordered a home theater sound system last week and the last update on FedEx is dated 5/13. So it left Florida on Saturday...Where is it now?!?

With UPS it would have been on my doorstep.

I waited for 3 days for my new computer last week, and Fed-Ex showed up in during the 30 minutes that no one was at my house on Friday.

It depends on how it is shipped. If shipped ground, there will be no update unless it gets off-loaded and reloaded at a hub. As for Fed-ex, I have not had any trouble with them, had much more with UPS and USPS. USPS updates when it is shipped, maybe, and when it arrives. That's about it.

I shipped it to my office so someone could sign for it if need be; and also so it wouldn't sit on my front porch.
