Best friend
This is a sad day. I just talked to my friend who was admitted tot he hospital, after complaining about a sore back and ribs. The local health clinic diagnosed it as "pulled muscles" about 2 months ago.
Take some anti-inflamatories and tylenol 3.
He is a recovering alcoholic (I may have mentioned that in a previous post) and has been sober for 13 months now.
Today he told me that he has lung cancer and it has spread into his lymph nodes. I know this is not good.
He'll be coming out of the hospital on Wednesday. I think I'll be a busy guy for the next few months, or so.
But he does have a positive outlook.
"I'll just have to live every day as best I can, be it long or short before I kick off." His words.
He's only 37.

Keep faih. My best friend of 20 years now had to go through 3 surgeries (including removing most of his lymph node) and intensive chemo and radio but has been clear now for 2 years. Your friend is still young, that helps sometimes. I saw that you said you have been through this a few times, dang, thats hard man. Thoughts and prayers are with you and your friend.
