Ok, I'll fess' up to a moment of brilliance. Years back I was visiting family in europe. While there, we loaded up the car and took a daytrip to the mountains. As my cousin climbs the single lane, gravel covered, and gaurdrail lacking road to the top like Mario Andretti on Pikes Peak with his young son cheering him on, I took my attention away from the little pebbles coming off the front wheel and bouncing down the cliffs just long enough to see some beautiful animals off to the side.

I was pretty much raised in the city so ya might understand why i asked the question I did next.

After admiring these magnificent horses for a short while I innocently asked who they belonged to. It was at this point that all conversation stopped and you could heard a pin drop in that car as all my cousins stared at me slack jawed! Finally, brave little Severino tells me in a somewhat awkward and embarresed (for me) way that they dont belong to anyone, they are just wild horses living on the mountain.

Well the city boy just could not grasp this whole concept. Surely someone would lay claim to these gorgeous horses as they obviously must be worth a pretty penny. But no, such was not the case in the european countryside. I guess this is where the old addage comes into play ....... "It's better to be suspected of being a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt" :o

If you have access to record shows (TiVo) and you can program it to record certain shows, search for Shorties Watching Shorties on Comedy Central....and set it to record these shows. They are AWESOME.
