Most uncomfortable truck...
First of all.....your arm does not belong on top of the door panel. If it was supposed to be there, Ford would have made an arm rest there.
Then, this has me real confused.......how does the gas pedal position hurt your leg? I can't imagine a position that would cause my leg to hurt.
I'm 6'2" and I drive with my foot directly behind the brake pedal, tilted to the right, with my toes pressing the gas pedal.
Do you have your leg in some other position?
I still can't imagine this causing leg pain.
Maybe you need to see a chiropractor, or something.

Concrete slabs would be a move up I guess...

Also the door panels are so thin at the top that resting my elbow on it and reaching for the steering wheel is a stretch. I am stuck with this truck for a while so I was wondering if any one else had, or heard, this complaint before and could offer ideas. Other than comfort this is the best designed and driving truck I have ever had, and it looks good too.
I agree 100% regaurding driver discomfort, I looked into moving the set track back a while ago, But I took the easy way out and bought a replacement truck.. once you get some but time in the seat's the seam's will come apart, mime were replaced ( foam padding and fabric ) under warrenty.

Now, I can say the seat in the Fords look way more comfortable than that chair.......

If you think the F-150 is uncomfortable then you want nothing to do with a Titan. After a short time in a Titan I was dying to get back into my F-150. The problem was that we were only 1.5 hours into a 9 hour trip. The seats suck, the back is way to contoured. It squashed my shoulders too far forward. The bottom of the passenger side of the dash has no leg room if you want to stretch out. It made the F-150 seats feel like your favorite spot on the couch. For the record I am only 5'7" and 170lb, I don't need a lot of room to stretch out.
