.....I have a freezer full of fresh Alaskan salmon.....I score the filets then fill the cuts with fresh honey.......I then top the filet with various spices.....I bake it to the point just before it becomes "dry"......I then serve it with fettucini and a special blend of alfredo sauce and a side of freshly steamed veggies.....
....if you are ever in STL, bring a bottle of cheap Pinot and I will cook for you......

Wow....that sounds awesome! I love salmon. For that, I will bring expensive Pinot.
