My L found a new home!

And so did I!!!!!!!!! No I didn't sell the truck. But for those of you that don't know me, I have been working on US Navy ships for the past 6 years (Not navy, just DOD). I have been working away my life, saving every nickel and dime (except for mod money!). And watching house prices go higher and higher. All the while, I rented, lived on ships, or lived back with Mom and Pops, and my L suffered outside. I was begining to think I would never be able to make it on my own, and have my own place. Well, not only did I find a house in my home town, the best town in the Country, but I'm within walking distance to the neihborhood dock, and I have a NICE TWO CAR GARAGE for the L to live like she deserves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WooooFrigginHoooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Six years of blood sweat and tears paid off today at 9 am!!!!!!!!

Thats awesome Aaron, I remember the rent/mom and dad/condo with girlfriend thing, those days couldn't be over with fast enough, it's so nice to have your own place, I wish you all the best with your new home. Todd

Thanks guys! For the first time in a long time I felt good about going to work today. Now I know what I'm working for! And to you guys looking for houses....all I can say is Patience! Your perfect house will find you at the perfect time! The market is slowing also. Now....if I can just find my perfect woman to live there with me!

Oh, don't misunderstand me...when I said my hard work paid off today...I meant the past couple years, not the house is paid off...The judge gave me a 30yr sentance to this place! Looks like ~$2000 a month from here till I'm old!
