Thanks ALL !!!!!

I would like too thank each and every one of you all for everything I learned
about my truck during my visit. I would ESPECIALLY like to thank Rockpick
for his AWESOME detailing advise and know how, ( I have a lifetimes worth )
I have traded out of my Ford for a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Daytona 4x4 slt. It's a reg. cab short box. bright silver metallic with 20 inch wheels (stock) and of course the 5.7 Hemi with it's 345 hp. I got $20,000 for my Ford at trade which got me the Ram for just over $7 k. They (the Dodge dealer) loved the condition I kept it in ( thanks Rock) and it's low mileage (14,800) since I only paid $22,300 for it there was no way I was going to pass on it. I tried to get an upgrade to a newer Ford and the Ford dealers wouldn't go for more than $17.200 on trade.
For any one of you guys (or gals) driving a '04 or newer 4.6 who would be interested in a set of stripes for the hood ( made by a fellow F-150 ite ) e:mail me. They are flat black with the words 4.6 triton in clear so your color becomes the color. never used ( obviously )
Again, thanks ALL for the advise, humor, and just plain cool banter...
PEACE, LOVE, HARMONY .......... and in the words of one of my favorites
tell a friend, tell an enemy, just tell somebody ....

Well hell man, congrats on the new ride. And I would certainly think you don't have to leave just because you bought a Dodge. After all, we are always needing new material to dog here in GD. Good luck man.

good luck man- enjoy the new ride. I suppose if we're gonna lose someone, I'd rather it to a Dodge than a Chevy. Stop by once and awhile

No need to run off... There's a few guys here with 'off-brand' trucks.

There is a reason they gave you more for your trade-in, on that Dodge.

You will figure it out, sooner or later.

Good Luck.

Holy! They are dropping like flies, aren't they? You can stick around if you want to. Besides, we need comparison notes.

I'll stay if you all let me, I'll even get a pic or two for ya's ( when I get my
camera back from the daughter lol )
It's a nice ride, though I already miss my extra door the F had .. lol

I'll even give ya the laugh of the day, I had the ground effects removed from the cab and replaced with black steps ( looks awesome ) and the dweeb in the service dept didn't even torque down the bolts on the drivers side, I had too do it myself at home....

geez

Get use to it, that's the guy that's going to be working on your truck for the next few years.

Well I know there is a titan owner running around here so yea you can stay. Just dont ever say, "That wouldn't happen if it was a Dodge!" and you'll be good.
