A friend of mine has a Sony threater in a box. it is the 5 disc changer, with a built in FM tunner.

The sub on it is powered, and it does pretty good for cranking out the lows when turned up.
Gee.. TV's in your bedrooms, WTF am I doing wrong ? I don't have one in there, and don't plan on putting one in there.
I do have a Nakamichi SoundSpace 8 stereo in there, which is the older model of the series. It is a nice system, works real well.
I used the pre Amp output on it, to power a set of wireless Sony speakers, so I have the sound in the master bathroom( those are mono speaker, qty 2 )
Also the Sirius on the stereo in the family room, I spliced in the hardwire FM antenna from a car into the house system, so 88.1 FM is transmitted on the powered atenna cable, so I get my Siruis in the Master BR and in my office, without any static.
